We add the member’s demographics into our system using enrollment forms designed for the employer’s specific benefits. Once the member is added to the system, ID cards and/or prescription drug cards are generated. Benefit statements are issued annually, confirming the demographics in our system, as well as updating COB information. We work closely with the prescription benefit managers to resolve any prescription drug plan issue. Members and employers may contact our enrollment department directly for assistance with enrollment, the prescription drug plan, and the issuing of replacement cards.
